Answer: Never heard in Service industry who's taking a feedback, I hold a ICICI Premium Account&have been allocated a relationship manager from ICICI but never heard from them in 10 years. I have been associated with 2 big banks but never got Such a Response From them. Team Sanghi Takes effort to understand a client.It hints how team sanghi wants to continuously improve.
